 The real importance of lose weight is not just look better and have a nice body is too be healthy because when you do exercises that help your body functions and your heart to work better because exercise is like one maintenance for our body but when you lose weight you help your body much more because when you is overweight your body, organs and heart dont work correctly because all the fat can obstruct your cardio system but when you burn that fat its like you clean your cardio system and this help you to work correctly, so the real importance of lose weight is your healty because when you are overweight you are more likely to get sick.
